课程讲师：天津大学材料学院每年都给学生开设职业生涯规划和择业指导课程，诚邀您在课程上给学子们分享您的职业生涯生活，对学生的职业生涯给予指导性意见；具体形式与学院负责老师协调开展。

沙龙嘉宾：参加校友主题沙龙、行业案例研讨、校友讲堂等活动，给予校友及在校生实战指导，年长校友做年轻校友沙龙的嘉宾，年轻校友做在校生沙龙的嘉宾。

行业导师：由学院牵头，按照行业进行划分，以结对子“一对一”、“一对多”的培养方式对在校学生进行有针对性的辅导；通过定期分享、聚会等多种形式，网上网下多种途径开展交流指导与经验分享。

企业导师：搭建学院和企业沟通交流的平台，为学院学生提供企业参观、交流、实习、实践的资源，指导学生通过具有针对性的努力与实践积累，在未来的职场上处于领先的优势地位。
