Areas of research interest

His primary research interests are active brazing, diffusion bonding and micro-nano joining, with emphasis on the understanding of relationships between microstructure and mechanical properties, and applications of this understanding to the design of bonded joints, optimization and control of joining processes.

Research on brazing mechanism of SiO2-BN composite ceramic and metal by controlling of competitive reaction, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51405332)
