In recent years, Professor Feng discovered creativite methods for the desing, fabrication and control of carbon nanomaterials and devices. He has published more than 100 papers, which include 69 papers SCI (45 papers have been published in the last 5 years and 26 papers ( IF > 3.0)), 14 world conference papers and 8 papers are cited in the Index to Scientific and Technical Proceedings (ISTP). More than 50 papers are cited in the Engineering Index. Many of the results of his work are highlighted by Nature or other world famous journals. One paper was cited by other researchers over 114 times. Professor Feng has obtained 10 Chinese patents and been invited to international conferences more than 10 times.
